**Breaking for the holidays; new posts begin January 3rd, 2012
It’s Christmas time! That’s right—while it’s not too often that I use an exclamation mark, I think this holiday season warrants such grammatical excesses. After all, Christmas is one of the best times of year. Okay, I know—we all hate the shopping, the crowds, and the inevitable pounds we’ll gain eating numerous Christmas dinners. Still, there is fun to be had and family to visit and good food to eat. And that sounds pretty good to me. Here are some of my favourite videos from around the web to help lighten the load and put your mind at ease, and just in time for Santa.

BABY NEWS

SPIELBERG FACE
Most of you know that I’m a movie lover. Artsy or mainstream—it doesn’t matter. I love it all. And so when somebody does a video essay on director Steven Spielberg and examines a technique in Spielberg’s work that I’d never really paid much attention to, I can’t help but be captivated.

Hey Zac,
Great job. I especially loved the puppies. I bet Sara did too! By the way, Happy Birthday!
