Distractions—I need them. Life has a way of losing its colour, shucking off its shades until it is a dull grey. And so, as you can guess, distractions come in handy. Consider this week’s “Best Of” videos as my top picks for worthy distractions from your day-to-day obligations. They are profane, insightful, satirical, and a hell of a lot of fun. So sit back, drink a beer or smoke a cigarette—whatever it is you do—and distract yourself, even if just for a few minutes.

THE CANADA PARTY
America scares the hell out of me, politically speaking, anyway. If humanity ever does kick the bucket, I fear the good ol’ U.S. of A. will have had something to do with it. And so maybe it’s time Canada took over and ran the show south of the border, just as this video suggests. (Note: brief profanity)
